How does payroll giving work?




Payroll giving is simple to set up and simple to run.

Your employees fill in a form which your PGA should provide for you. Your payroll department will keep one copy of the form and will send the other copy to the charity chosen by your staff.

The payroll department will then set up the donation on your system, and the employee's payslip will show the pre-tax deduction.

The PGA will send all donations on to the charities which have been chosen by your staff.
