Promoting the scheme

The more that you can do to promote payroll giving, the greater effect you can have in supporting your favourite causes.

So here are some ideas to help your scheme take off:

Make sure employees know about the scheme - consider appointing an employee to act as your Payroll Giving champion to encourage other staff memebers to donate
Have a promotional day to present the Payroll Giving scheme to your staff, perhaps also inviting speakers from your employees' favourite charities
Encourage your employees to donate by offering to match their giving or covering the administration fees
Distribute a Payroll Giving form to each member of your staff
Include a Payroll Giving form in your induction packs for new employees
